Looking for Part-time Or Full-Time NP with Wound Care experience

Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to scheduled locations weekly for wound rounds at various homes or facilities in Columbus area
• Providing the highest quality wound care services to patients in homes and partner facilities
• Performing bedside wound care skills including: wound assessment, debridement, dressing application, pressure relief, pain/odor control, and minor surgical procedures
• Tracking the progress of wound healing and documenting accordingly in EHR
• Developing a treatment plan for wound care based on the individual needs of each patient
• Providing education to the patient, family, facility staff, and home health agency staff to promote understanding and healing, and for the management of patient’s wounds

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
